According to ABC radio news, President Obama has decided not to take action on amnesty for illegal aliens (“immigration reform” in Left euphemism) until after the 2014 election. Of course, the reason he decided to wait was because some Democrat Senators up for reelection this year are scared silly that they will lose the election if MORE amnesty is implemented before the election. They think the American voter is TOO STUPID to realize there is no difference whether an illegal act is implemented before or after an election. It is still an illegal act that will do great harm to America!

The Tucson Sector Border Patrol has arrested seven illegal immigrants (Aliens! They are not immigrants! Immigrants have the connotation that they are suppose to be in the country! They are NOT!—my addition) in the last two weeks for sex crimes; all seven had been deported from the United States before they returned (Returned illegally!—my addition).
Rape, aggravated sexual abuse of a child, and soliciting or engaging in child prostitution were the prior charges against three of the men, who came from Mexico. Two of the men, who hailed from Guatemala, had convictions for lewd and lascivious acts with children under 14.
Other charges the men were convicted of included assault, battery, voluntary manslaughter, aggravated domestic violence, kidnapping, and great bodily injury using a deadly weapon. They will be processed for prosecution and removal (Processed for prosecution and REMOVAL! They have already been removed at least once! Probably more often than once!—my addition).

Federal law says that, if an illegal alien has been convicted of a felony and deported, the felon SHALL be imprisoned upon returning to the United States illegally! All of the crimes listed above are felonies! Why aren’t these convicted felonies, who came back into the United States illegally, going to prison? The Obama Administration once again believes that laws of Congress do not have to be followed? How many times do these felons have to be caught and deported and caught again until they go to prison?
