When I lived in Illinois from 2004 - 2013, I began writing my first blog. Of course, man-made global warming was an issue then with all its predictions of dire consequences if actions were not immediately taken. In the meantime, the Peoria Journal Star published a semi-annual page with the temperature records for the coming 6 months day by day and decade by decade starting in the 1880’s and continuing to the most recent year. I started using that page to show that the record high temperatures were not occurring in the 2000’s as one would expect if global warming was such an immediate threat to the well being of the planet. There were a few record high days in the 1990’s and 2000’s. There were also record high days from the 1880’s and 1890’s. However, by far, the most record high days occurred in the 1930’s with over 90 such records approximately ¼ of all record high days. One out of four! There was no talk of man-made global warming in the 1930’s! Men were not so foolish as to think they were capable of influencing the weather and climate!
Following are two examples I found on the internet dealing with record temperatures in Peoria, Illinois and Chicago, Illinois. My blogs from my time in Illinois are on my other computer which is in storage. So, I’ll use these examples.

If temperatures are increasing “dangerously,” wouldn’t one expect a higher than usual number of record high temperatures for a month to be bunched in the 1990’s - 2000’s? And yet, from 1990 - 2013, there is only one month where this time period has a record high temperature—2006 for October. In contrast, the 1930’s has four record high temperature months. (By the way, when family members would complain about our house not having air conditioning, my dad would say, “If we could survive the 1930’s without air conditioning, so can you now.” And we somehow managed to survive!) The 1980’s three, and the 1900’s two. Where exactly is the evidence for made-made global warming in Peoria, Illinois over the last twenty plus years?

Note: This is in Chicago farther north than Peoria and with a Lake Michigan breeze to cool it down. I do remember this from my posts dealing with Peoria’s record high days in July—all 31 days had a record high of 100° or more. The highest as shown above was 113°. Every one of the 31 record high days for July occurred in the 1930’s. 31 days of 100° or more with ALL 31 during the decade of the 1930’s! NO talk of man-made global warming!

Here is the truth of the matter. Man DOES NOT influence or control the climate! GOD does! And GOD back in Genesis gave mankind this promise:

I will trust in GOD! If you want to trust in men using computers to predict the future go ahead! Just do not force me to be a part of your naive belief in man over GOD! I sure am not going to finance your ignorance nor am I going to be regulated by your ignorance!

This is my two part suggestion to Tea Party groups, social conservatives, Constitutionalists, and anyone else who wants to save our Republic from the approaching destruction.
1) Run as many conservative candidates in as many Republican primaries as possible.
2) Then, run as many independent and/or third party candidates as possible in as many races as possible where we did not win the primary.
