Across the country, the theft of taxpayer identities has taken off, while receiving far less attention than the loss of credit card information. Even some drug dealers, always with an eye out for easy profits, have turned to taxpayer identity theft after hearing how uncomplicated it was to scam the IRS (And filing through the internet has increased the fraud exponentially! And yet, the IRS pushes filing through the internet! It is as if the IRS IS encouraging fraud! Wait. It is not as if! The IRS IS encouraging fraud!—my addition). A medical assistant at a nursing home stole the identities of hundreds of patients. A prison guard stole the identities of inmates and filed false returns under their names.
All told, in just the first six months of last year, 1.6 million taxpayers were affected by identity theft, compared with 271,000 for all of 2010, according to a recent audit by the Treasury Department’s inspector general. While the IRS said it discovered many of the incidents, the cumulative thefts have resulted in billions of dollars in potentially fraudulent refunds (Not potentially! There has been billions of dollars stolen through the IRS! Stolen from the government and therefore from us!—my addition), according to an array of government reports.
‘I’ve had a police chief tell me ‘street crime is down because everybody is now filing false IRS returns (How encouraging!—my addition),’’ IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, who took office last month, said in an interview.

Maybe, just maybe, the IRS should STOP harassing Tea Party and other conservative groups for the benefit of the Democrat Party and do its job! Part of that job is preventing fraud! Fraud against the tax system. When I am in Congress, I will work to revamp the system. The tax law will be Constitutional—now it is not—and will be exponentially easier to complete.
I have not just a plan but a certainty of curtailing the power of the IRS while cutting the complexity of the system. I have worked within the tax system as a tax consultant since 1980. I know how to make the system operate as intended!
Congress is as much at fault, if not more so, than the IRS. And the IRS has a lot of fault! Congress has deliberately grown the IRS to the behemoth that it is today! A behemoth that the Obama Administration has launched against the American people—or at least conservatives among the American people! What has your Congressmen done to stop the abuse?

This is my two part suggestion to Tea Party groups, social conservatives, Constitutionalists, and anyone else who wants to save our Republic from the approaching destruction.
1) Run as many conservative candidates in as many Republican primaries as possible.
2) Then, run as many independent and/or third party candidates as possible in as many races as possible where we did not win the primary.
That is why I am working to get the Constitution Party on the ballot in Texas. If we get on the ballot, we will have two Congressional House candidates running and two State candidates running. Getting on the ballot is the first step. Winning elections is the second. Winning elections will grow the Party. The Constitution Party is much more in line with the Tea Party movement than is the Republican Party. And I have been involved with all three!

If I am elected to the House, I will use the Constitution, as written, to do everything in my power to stop judicial tyranny! Will the other candidates pledge the same? I know our present Representative has NOT done everything possible to stop judicial tyranny! Why is that?

Competition is good for the economy and competition is good for the Republican Party!!! Competition keeps Congressmen committed to we the people!!! Primary Republicans who do not support the Constitution as written.
