According to ABC radio news, President Obama has decided not to take action on amnesty for illegal aliens (“immigration reform” in Left euphemism) until after the 2014 election. Of course, the reason he decided to wait was because some Democrat Senators up for reelection this year are scared silly that they will lose the election if MORE amnesty is implemented before the election. They think the American voter is TOO STUPID to realize there is no difference whether an illegal act is implemented before or after an election. It is still an illegal act that will do great harm to America!

Yesterday IRS Commissioner John Koskinen said the tax agency follows the law ‘wherever it can.’ The comment came during a House Ways and Means Committee hearing on Capitol Hill about the disastrous and expensive Obamacare rollout. Koskinen was responding to a question from Republican Representative Kevin Brady about ineligible individuals receiving Obamacare subsidies, who will eventually have to pay subsidies back to the IRS under the law.
‘Brady: Will you be following the law in that recapture?
Koskinen: Yes, wherever we can, we follow the law.
Brady: [Laughs] Wherever we can? I encourage you to follow the law in all instances (Yes! Isn’t that suppose to be the case in every bureaucracy and also as far as the President is concerned?— my addition).’
Try using that excuse next time you fill out your tax returns or go through an audit (Thank you for the advise! I will?—my addition).
Back in June the New York Times reported hundreds-of-thousands of people who are ineligible for Obamacare subsidies could be receiving them. Eventually if the system gets fixed (That is a big, big IF!—my addition), those people will have to pay the subsidies back (Theoretically!—my addition).
‘The Obama administration is contacting hundreds of thousands of people with subsidized health insurance to resolve questions about their eligibility, as consumer advocates express concern that many will be required to repay some or all of the subsidies (If they do not deserve the subsidies, they should not ever get them! If they do, they need to pay it back!—my addition).
Of the eight million people who signed up for private health plans through insurance exchanges under the new health care law, two million reported personal information that differed from data in government records, according to federal officials and Serco, the company hired to resolve such inconsistencies (Weren’t they told by some “navigators” to lie? I do believe they were!— my addition).
The government is asking consumers for additional documents to verify their income, citizenship, immigration status and Social Security numbers, as well as any health coverage that they may have from employers. People who do not provide the information risk losing their subsidized coverage and may have to repay subsidies next April (Theoretically! I’ll believe it when it happens! These programs are so out of control! How can it possibly work?—my addition)’”
Obamacare needs to be repealed completely! The law is clearly unconstitutional and unworkable! Then the IRS needs to be reformed by changing tax law to be in accord with Amendment XVI. The tax law is out of whack because the Amendment is not being followed as written!
