During his Labor Day speech at Laborfest in Milwaukee, alongside his Big Labor buddies, Barack Obama spoke of ‘immigrant rights’ in a speech filled with passion and emotion (An ILLEGAL alien has NO right to be in this country! He/she/the children violated our laws! They have no more right to be here than my neighbor would have to move into my house!—my addition). He wasn’t reading this time. as he typically does when speaking of an American tragedy or a scandal surrounding his administration’s abuse of power against his political enemies. The community organizer was in his element, so he spoke with passion.
Perhaps in regards to non-existent immigrant rights, he was referring to the right to kill two young, innocent American children and suffer absolutely no consequences for it because of your illegal status. That is precisely what is happening in the case of Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros who killed two young girls in a hit-and-run accident. That’s right. She did not even have the compassion to stay around after she killed (Murdered them?—my addition) them. She just drove away.
This heart-breaking story was discussed on Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly with guest host Laura Ingraham. Cisneros was convicted of two felonies for the hit-and-run, but will face neither jail time nor deportation. In fact, her case was completely dismissed, although the reason for the dismissal was not unveiled, neither was the name of the judge who committed the atrocity of not holding this illegal accountable for her crime (Aren’t all criminal court cases suppose to be public?—my addition).

Garcia-Cisneros is in the country as part of Obama’s DACA program (deferred action for childhood arrivals—my addition), enacted via executive order (Illegal action!—my addition) in 2012, which rewarded those illegals he described as DREAMers, brought into the country as children, with the ability to stay in America despite their illegal status (Which in itself is illegal! A President can not change law constitutionally! A President can not write law constitutionally! Why does Congress continually let him get away with this?—my addition).
But, an immigration attorney claims that the parents of the deceased young girls pleaded with the judge to not make Garcia-Cisneros serve any time or be deported (So what! They are not the ones who are to determine punishment!—my addition). To this claim, Ingraham noted that had Garcia-Cisneros been in this country with a green card, legally able to be here and work, she would have been easily deportable and the deportation would have happened quickly. Commenting that 68,000 criminals, including 167 murderers, have been released by ICE, he added, ‘This just shows us this whole DREAMer thing is a big farce. We have enough criminals to deal with in the country. We don’t need an entire new class of criminals.’
