Global Warming: Does Anyone Still Believe It Is Real? Besides Democrats I Mean!

“I Do Not Like Green Regs and Scams...

It was a lot of hot air about a lot of hot air. That’s how the AP explained the Senate’s 20-hour global warming pajama party (20 hours! It shows the Democrats care! NOT!my addition). While the rest of the country was sleeping, liberals tried to put other doubts to rest specifically, the skepticism over climate change. Even one of the most brutal winters on record didn’t stop two dozen liberals from taking turns in an all-night ‘talkathon’ aimed at getting Americans to ‘wake up’ on the issue.

But the reality is, Americans have woken upto cold temperatures, school closures, and snow plows. Last week, if you’d have asked anyone in D.C. about global warming, they’d have laughed out loud. And after Senator Edward Markey (D-Massachusetts) used his turn to read directly from Dr. Seuss’s The Lorax (Didnt the Democrats and the mainstream media ridicule Senator Ted Cruz when he read from Dr. Seuss? And he was specifically reading it for and to his children!my addition), they probably were.

In most of the country, all you need to do is look outside to realize how ridiculous the Left’s campaign is. Just last month, even Greenpeace’s co-founder admitted that there’s no proof humans cause climate change (There is no proof because humans do not cause global warming, climate change, or weather. The concept is preposterous! It is an affront to GOD created!”my addition). So why now? Why stage a Senate stand-in when so many urgent issues face America? According to the Washington Examiner, the answer is simple: money. With $100 million up for grabs from NextGen Climate Action and tough elections ahead, Democrats are desperate to ‘show their big-money donors that they’re doing something’ even if that ‘something’ has nothing to do with actual legislation or proven science (Since the Democrats have been in control of the Senate since 2007 and not a single piece of legislation dealing with global warming has passed the Senate!my addition).

USA Today was just one of the outlets ‘confused’ by the stunt, because, ‘these senators are calling for action in a chamber they control but without any specific legislation to offer up for a vote, or any timetable for action this year.’ Even with majorities in both chambers, the Senate didn’t act on the cap-and-trade bill passed by the House in 2009. Liberals understand that while a climate-fest might grease the wheels for more gifts, it hurts them where it counts: at the ballot box. That’s why so many vulnerable Democrats sat last night’s chat out. Senators like Mark Pryor (Arkansas), Mary Landrieu (Louisiana), Mark Begich (Alaska), and Mark Warner (Virginia), who are already in tight races, decided not to take any chances with voters and got some shut-eye instead (Other than news people, who did watch them?my addition).

‘The American people are listening,’ California Senator Barbara Boxer (D) insisted. ‘They care (They do care! However, not about faux science and fraudulent Democrat Senators!my addition).’ But you wouldn’t know it from the latest polling. According to Pew Research Center’s January survey, climate change ranked in the basement of national priorities for most people. Despite all the Capitol Hill hype, global warming came in second-to-last of all 20 issues tested at 29%. Senator Jim Inhofe (R-Oklahoma), the only Republican to crash the Democrats’ party, saw through the Left’s sky-is-falling routine. ‘It’s probably necessary to do something all night, to get the attention of the American people,’ Inhofe said. ‘You keep saying, ‘Climate change is real. Global warming is real. It’s real, it’s real, it’s real.’ If you say it enough times, people are going to think it’s real (Not anyone who knows anything about science, weather, and climate!my addition).’ At least, Boxer fired back, Inhofe didn’t use the word ‘hoax.’ ‘The reason I didn’t …’ Senator Inhofe replied, ‘is that I’d be guilty of advertising my bookand I certainly didn’t want to do that.’

Even the mainstream media, a reliable trumpeter of the Left’s issues, barely covered the event. In the end, it was a big risk for Senator Reid (D-Nevada) to put such an emphasis on such a manufactured crisis. So when he called climate change ‘a question of our own survival,’ he must have meant Democrats (Now, according to our current Secretary of State, the greatest danger to the nation, besides him and our current President, is global warming!my addition)’.”

Global warming, the fraud that keeps on giving!

“Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Florida, is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America.

At Mrs. Nordman’s request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following ‘Current Communist Goals,’ which she identifies as an excerpt from ‘The Naked Communist,’ by Cleon Skousen:

[From ‘The Naked Communist,’ by Cleon Skousen]

CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS

“15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.

16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.”

“24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them censorshipand a violation of free speech and free press.

25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.

26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as normal, natural, healthy.’

27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with ‘social’ religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a ‘religious crutch.’

28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of ‘separation of church and state.’

29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.

30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the ‘common man.’”

This is my two part suggestion to Tea Party groups, social conservatives, Constitutionalists, and anyone else who wants to save our Republic from the approaching destruction.

1) Run as many conservative candidates in as many Republican primaries as possible.

2) Then, run as many independent and/or third party candidates as possible in as many races as possible where we did not win the primary.

If elected to Congress, I will not, under any circumstances, vote for present Speaker of the House John Boehner to be Speaker of the House. I call on every Republican primary candidate running in Texas Congressional District 19 to publicly (in writing) make the same pledge. It would not be a bad idea for every Republican candidate running for the House of Representatives to give the same pledge. See my post at http://christiangunslinger3.blogspot.com on December 16, 2013 entitled “Speaker of the House John Boehner Attacks the Tea Party Again for Being Fiscally Responsible!”

If I am elected to the House, I will use the Constitution, as written, to do everything in my power to stop judicial tyranny! Will the other candidates pledge the same? I know our present Representative has NOT done everything possible to stop judicial tyranny! Why is that?

If elected to Congress, I pledge that I will do everything within my authority as a member of the House of Representatives to begin and complete impeachment proceedings against the President of the United States for violating the Constitution, the laws of the United States as passed by Congress, and his oath of office. I call on every Republican primary candidate running in Texas Congressional District 19 to publicly (in writing) make the same pledge. It would not be a bad idea for every Republican candidate running for the House of Representatives to give the same pledge.

Competition is good for the economy and competition is good for the Republican Party!!! Competition keeps Congressmen committed to we the people!!! Primary Republicans who do not support the Constitution as written.
