Already, Senator Jeff Sessions has sounded the battle cry with a three-page report entitled ‘Critical Alert.’ This report gives EVERY elected representative on Capitol Hill (Except Democrats! They water at the mouth for more voters to vote for them!—my addition) reason to REJECT AMNESTY—or any other so-called immigration ‘reform’ outright!
Disturbing facts from the Sessions report include:
· 98% of 368,000 individuals deported from the U.S. in 2013 were either criminals, apprehended WHILE illegally crossing the border or had been PREVIOUSLY deported (Most of whom were apprehended while crossing the border and were not counted as deportations! The Obama Administration changed the rules for and definition of a deportation!—my addition).
· Only 0.2 percent of an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants actually placed in removal proceedings did not have violent or otherwise serious criminal convictions in their record (In other words, the Obama Administration IS NOT following the law!—my addition).
· Only .08 percent of the total were neither repeat border crossers nor convicted of a serious crime
And consider this: According to an internal ‘Department of Homeland Security’document, ICE released 68,000 convicted criminals last year AND 872,504 illegals ORDERED removed HAVE NOT LEFT (Because the law is not being enforced!—my addition).
‘The evidence reveals that the Administration has carried out a dramatic nullification of federal law,’ Sessions said in a statement to Breitbart News. ‘Under the guise of setting ‘priorities,’ the Administration has determined that almost anyone in the world who can enter the United States is free to illegally live, work and claim benefits here as long as they are not caught committing a felony or other serious crime (Obama’s amnesty for illegal aliens who HAVE broken the law! As reported by his local newspaper, the Janesville Gazette, House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin) laments not having the AMNESTY votes ‘right now’ with only 18 House Republicans publicly supporting John Boehner’s immigration ‘principles’ released in January. He told the paper that he and others are ‘working hard’ to fix that.
What he and others SHOULD be working hard to fix is the Department of Homeland Security’s new rules telling our Border Patrol agents to RUN AWAY from illegal aliens throwing rocks at them or LET THEM ESCAPE if they are fleeing in vehicles (Typical of this White House!—my addition)!
‘Agents shall not discharge firearms in response to thrown or hurled projectiles … agents should obtain a tactical advantage in these situations, such as seeking cover or distancing themselves,’ read the instructions released March 7, under the signature of U.S. Border Patrol chief Michael Fisher (Law Enforcement Officers indeed!—my addition).
And if drug smugglers drive by, don’t bother trying to apprehend them … agents cannot use guns against ‘a moving vehicle merely fleeing from agents’ according to the new instructions (WHY not?—my addition)!

As our Secure Borders Coalition ally Senator Jeff Sessions argues in his National Review article, ‘Becoming the Party of Work,’ slowing down immigration—NOT bringing in more foreign workers and NOT legalizing those millions already here—is the populist thing to do (Is the smart and proper thing to do!—my addition).
And it wouldn’t come at the expense of alienating three out of four Americans earning under $30,000 who OPPOSE immigration expansions!
‘To open the ears of disaffected voters, the GOP must break publicly from the elite immigration consensus of Wall Street and Davos,’ Sessions advises.
Jeff Sessions is absolutely right. So far, We the People—because of our voting clout—have been able to stall the pro-amnesty political elite in their abandonment of middle class America. But they are chomping at the bit to go with the p.c. talking points and to provide cheap labor for their Big Business allies … because they still don’t get it that they are burying our future in an alien invasion, selling out America for a mess of pottage.
Obama all the while seeks to win over lower-middle class CURRENT voters with minimum wage and overtime edicts. The GOP’s response so far is to hope they can win a new demographic down the road (Not likely!—my addition) …
In the spirit of Ronald Reagan, Sessions urges the GOP to ‘help the millions struggling here today—immigrant and native-born alike—transition from dependency to self-sufficiency.’
Instead, we’re getting sold out by Ryan and the RINOs, as our borders are flooded with new illegal arrivals (New and improved? Not likely!—my addition).
Already the Department of Health and Human Services is estimating in its latest budget proposal that the number of unaccompanied alien children (‘UAC arrivals’) who will be caught illegally entering the United States will rise to 60,000 in fiscal 2014 (Caught and held or caught and released?—my addition).
That is up about 815 percent from those apprehended in the U.S. only three years ago—before the Obama and RINO frenzy for DREAMers and AMNESTY erupted!
Surprise, surprise … the stampede is on.

As we reported earlier, according to recent Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reports, border incursions are UP, yet not only were significantly lower numbers of illegal immigrants ‘deported’ in 2013—a pitiful 368,644 individuals out of 11-12 MILLION illegally here—but only a mere one-third of those reported as ‘deportations’ were actually REMOVED from the U.S. (Minor detail!—my addition)!
The principal DHS report states:
‘ICE conducted 133,551 removals of individuals apprehended in the interior of the U.S.
ICE conducted 235,093 removals of individuals apprehended along our borders while attempting to unlawfully enter the U.S.’
In other words, two-thirds of ‘deportations’ were simply those thwarted and turned back as they breached our largely unsecured border—and as political talk of AMNESTY continues in Washington, it attracts the desperate from throughout Central America and Mexico and the numbers of incursions continue to INCREASE (Of course, they know that amnesty has occurred before and that was to be the last time allowed! Amnesty talk increases the number of illegal aliens coming into the United States!—my addition)!
Sadly, among the apprehended and ‘deported’ we cannot even be confident that these felons were PROCESSED as DHS implies, rather than simply returned home with a clean record to try again later!
Laughably, the report touts that ‘82 percent of all interior removals had been previously convicted of a crime’—SINCE WHEN DID ILLEGALLY CROSSING OUR BORDER BECOME ‘DE-CRIMINALIZED’ AND A-OK ON THE LAW BOOKS (Since the Obama Administration!—my addition)?
No doubt this report is all about COOKING THE BOOKS and painting a false but pretty ‘illegal immigration is on the decline’ picture ahead of the 2014 amnesty cram down! After all, how can you keep support for record numbers of DHS agents if you cannot pretend they are ‘serving the people’?
The illegal stampede numbers being ‘down’ is laughable—under the communist Obama, every third worlder who can get across the border to catch a free ride on the socialist gravy train is headed this way (Land of the “free” lunch!—my addition)!
Remember how ObamaCare wasn’t going to cover illegals? NOW ObamaCare peddlers from Oregon to New York and all points in between are rushing to sign up new ‘customers’ in advance of the March 31 open-enrollment deadline. Various Texas business interests have informed Quorum Report that Boehner has been telling them he will start holding immigration votes soon AFTER the 2014 PRIMARY election deadlines have passed.
These same sources say that only the fear of Tea Party challenges is holding him back—for now. Clearly, we need to put Congress, and Boehner, on notice NOW that we intend to fight them every inch of the way—January will be here in no time and this battle will break out in an ugly mess if they underestimate our resolve.
House Majority Leader Representative Eric Cantor (R-Virginia) for one is STILL trying to pass the KIDS Act, the GOP version of the DREAM Act amnesty plan for illegal immigrants allegedly brought here as children. He even calls it ‘one of his priorities (He is being primaried! Defeat him in the primary!—my addition).’

‘United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) National Council president Kenneth Palinkas, for instance, wrote to Cantor, [House Judiciary Chairman Bob] Goodlatte, House Budget Committee Chairman Representative Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin), and House Immigration Subcommittee Chairman Representative Trey Gowdy (R-South Carolina) asking them about a likely hypothetical situation that could happen if they granted amnesty to young illegal aliens.
‘Let’s say you establish in your law that illegal immigrants must be 30 years of age or younger at the time of application, must have entered illegally (or illegally overstayed a visa) at the age of 16 or before, and must have resided in the U.S. for at least five years (it’s only 18 months for the Senate bill),’ Palinkas wrote. ‘Let’s also assume that, unlike the Schumer-Rubio-Corker-Hoeven bill, you do not extend amnesty to those with violent criminal records and gang affiliations.’
Palinkas then asked whether or not Cantor, Ryan, Goodlatte, or Gowdy have any answer to the following question: ‘What is to stop the administration from simply issuing another round of non-enforcement orders (written or oral) that would eviscerate any attempted limitations in your bill (Absolutely NOTHING! He is lawless and the House does nothing to stop it!—my addition)? For instance, the ICE Council reports that ‘the administration’s DREAM Act is not being applied by ICE to children in schools, but instead to adult inmates in jails,’ he explained. ‘Gang members and other criminal offenders all take advantage of the administration’s DREAM Act orders to evade arrest and deportation (Of course! Illegal activities, including coming into the country illegally, should never be rewarded! Does Mexico grant amnesty to those who come into Mexico illegally? No! They get thrown in jail! What is wrong with the leadership of this nation that they favor illegal aliens over American citizens!?

This is my two part suggestion to Tea Party groups, social conservatives, Constitutionalists, and anyone else who wants to save our Republic from the approaching destruction.
1) Run as many conservative candidates in as many Republican primaries as possible.
2) Then, run as many independent and/or third party candidates as possible in as many races as possible where we did not win the primary.
