As time goes on, President Obama is becoming much more provocative with the GOP. For example, he met with congressional Democrats, but no Republicans, then announced his long awaited plan for executive amnesty, giving 5 million illegal immigrants a pathway to work permits and relief from possible deportation for 3 years. After getting shellacked in the mid-terms, Obama has not compromised with Republicans, he moved further to the political left (He is acting lawlessly!—my addition).

It was an audacious announcement that was both unconstitutional and confrontational (Yes, it was!—my addition) . It circumvented Congress, and their vital role in this issue, and was, thus, radically different from the last time amnesty was given to illegal immigrants. In 1986, President Reagan did not issue an executive order on illegal immigration; he signed a bill passed by Congress (Slight difference! Of course, the Democrats know that! If there is one thing we all should understand it is this: The Democrats are LIARS! One other thing! The border when Reagan was President was suppose to be secured by Congress by law! It never was! Congress did not allocate the money necessary for it! NEVER again should amnesty be granted to those here illegally! NEVER! It is NOT fair to those who follow the rules and come here legally! The Democrats love to preach fairness. They just do not like to practice fairness!—my addition).

Sadly, this President does not care what Congress thinks or does (Why should he? Congress does nothing about it! He respects neither Congress nor the Constitution!—my addition). He has no interest in meeting or working with them. Whether he is acting like a tyrant or an emperor, it is clear that he is not acting in conjunction with Congress (He is lawless! Congress does nothing to stop him!—my addition).

Now, the $64 billion question is what should the GOP leadership in Congress do? They have several options, such as impeachment (All for it!—my addition), lawsuits (Not a constitutional option!—my addition) or defunding all of the activities associated with this executive action (All for it!—my addition). The least attractive option is to do nothing, but that is what happened today when the congressional Republicans boarded planes and left town (It seems to be the establishment leadership way!—my addition).

In the face of a ‘constitutional crisis’ and a lawless President with his unprecedented executive action (Take away the quotation marks! We are in a Constitutional crisis! This is the most dangerous time internally for the United States since right before the Civil War!—my addition), the GOP acted like cowards. While House Speaker John Boehner said the House ‘will act (When! By doing what?—my addition)’ and that Barack Obama is ‘damaging the presidency (The President does not care!—my addition),” he offered no specific response. This is pitiful since Boehner and incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell have known that Obama was going to make this announcement after the mid-term election (Known it for quite some time! Could it be that they did not expect the huge win?—my addition).

Instead of fighting, Boehner, McConnell and other key Republicans fled the scene in a cowardly way. Of course, Republican leaders are afraid of their big business benefactors who love cheap labor and who applauded the President’s action. Also, they are afraid of being called nasty names by Democrat leaders, the President, Hispanic activists and the liberal media.

They only group the GOP leadership is not afraid of fighting are the grassroots conservatives in their own party (Who gave them the victory! And I for one am tired of it!—my addition). They fight these good patriotic Americans tooth and nail, but play lap dog to the President and his liberal supporters (Strange isn’t it!—my addition).

Conservatives who are looking for a champion will not be able to find one in McConnell or Boehner or the establishment candidates running for President, such as New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, or heaven forbid, Mitt Romney.

Necessary courage may be found among the more conservative presidential candidates like U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) [I am supporting Senator Ted Cruz!—my addition] or Dr. Ben Carson (I am not supporting Dr. Carson! He has no record!—my addition). However, if the Republican Party does not start positively responding to grassroots conservatives, these key activists may bolt the GOP (I will if they do not start fighting! That is one of many reasons I am supporting Senator Cruz! He is fighting! He is offering solutions! And the Democrats fear him!—my addition).

Conservatives flooded the polls in the mid-term election to restore Republicans to leadership positions in the U.S. Senate and retain control of the House, but to what avail? If the GOP in Congress will not stand up to Obama, what good is having the leadership positions(Not much!—my addition)?

Since the mid-term election, the President has moved to the left by signing a climate change agreement limiting our carbon emissions (True!—my addition), appointing a very liberal Attorney General (May never take office!—my addition), and offering a bold plan to increase government oversight of the Internet (More than increase! Turn it into a government controlled monopoly! horrendous plan!—my addition). All of these initiatives are threats to this country and they need to be met with a confident and clear response. Republican leaders should explore all political and legal remedies.

Within three months, the dangerous components of the President’s immigration plan will become operational. The clock is ticking on a response. Will Republican leaders finally show some courage (Only if we force them to show courage!—my addition)?”

The telltale sign when Congress comes back from the Thanksgiving recess is what the Republicans do with the needed Continuing Resolution! If the Continuing Resolution is a short term one of no more than two months, there is still a fight in Congress! If it is a long term resolution even though we will be taking control of Congress early in January, you will know that the establishment leadership has capitulated and it is going to take us working night and day to take back the nation!

By not acting decisively, the future being destroyed is not mine but the younger generations’ both now and in the future! I intend to fight!

Less than two hours after Barack Obama announced a solo move to protect millions of illegal aliens from deportation, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio took him to court to have the Constitution upheld.

A lawsuit filed by attorney Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch named Obama and Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, Immigration Services chief Leon Rodriquez and Attorney General Eric Holder as defendants in an action that seeks to avoid ‘irreversible harm’ from Obama’s actions because they will ‘encourage[e] more illegal aliens to enter the country unlawfully (It surely will if allowed to stand! Of course, it is patently unconstitutional!—my addition) …’

The complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, seeks, among other things, a ‘permanent injunction declaring the amnesty programs to be unlawful (They are!—my addition).’

Arpaio, who has been at odds with the Obama administration a number of times, released a statement:

‘This unconstitutional act by the president will have a serious detrimental impact on my carrying out the duties and responsibilities for which I am encharged as sheriff,’ he said ‘Specifically, it will severely strain our resources, both in manpower and financially, necessary to protect the citizens I was elected to serve. For instance, among the many negative [e]ffects of this executive order, will be the increased release of criminal aliens back onto streets of Maricopa County, Arizona, and the rest of the nation.’

He continued, ‘I am not seeking to myself enforce the immigration laws as this is the province of the federal government. Rather, I am seeking to have the president and the other defendants obey the U.S. Constitution (What a unique concept! NOT! Where is the Republican leadership in Congress?—my addition), which prevents this executive order from having been issued in the first place. This unconstitutional act must be enjoined by a court of law on behalf of not just myself, but all of the American people.’

Klayman, a former federal prosecutor and founder of both Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, recently obtained a preliminary injunction against the National Security Agency for having unconstitutionally accessed the telephonic metadata of nearly all Americans. That case is pending at the appellate level now.

Arpaio has been targeted by the Obama administration for alleged civil rights violations, but he also has turned over to his Cold Case Posse the question of whether Obama’s documentation proves a status as a natural born citizen, as required by the Constitution, for him to be president.

The Posse’s conclusions so far have been that there was a forgery committed in the creation of the birth documentation Obama has presented as genuine, and fraud in the presentation of that as a real document.

However, no one has been named as an offender and no charges have been filed.

The civil action explains that Obama’s ‘Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals’ from 2012 and the new November 20, 2014, executive order amnesty programs are abuses of the president’s role ‘in our nation’s constitutional architecture.’

The moves ‘exceed the powers of the president within the U.S. Constitution (Indeed they do! Only the Congress has legislative power! Here is a newsflash. “Executive orders” is not in the Constitution!—my addition),’ it explains.

‘While defendant Obama hijacks the language of previous immigration regulation and law, defendant Obama fundamentally transforms the definition of key terms to create a radically new and different regime of immigration law and regulation,’ the complaints states.

‘DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals—my addition) and EOA (Executive Order Amnesty—my addition) are sweeping changes to immigration law and regulation, operate on a ‘wholesale’ level upon broad categories rather than ‘retail’ as an individualized adjudication of persons one at a time, operate in and modify areas already regulated differently by existing regulations, and are a dramatic departure from prior interpretation and application of existing law and regulations.’

‘Yet the Obama administration purports to effect the dramatic changes by executive order announced by the president, implemented through his cabinet secretaries,’ it explains.

The case points out that even if a court would find DACA and EOA legitimate, they still would need to go first through the ‘rigid rule-making procedures under the Administrative Procedures Act.’

‘The president cannot simply announce sweeping new rules and implement them by giving a speech (Why not? He is, after all, Barack Hussein Obama—the LIAR-in-Chief!—my addition),’ it said.

The case alleges Obama ‘is seeking to legislate in place of Congress (Of course he is!—my addition),’ and already has admitted his acts are illegal (At least twenty-five times according to FOX news! See the video at the end of this post!—my addition).

The case quotes from Obama’s own speech in 2013, when he said, ‘The problem is that, you know, I am the president of the United States. I am not the emperor of the United States. My job is to execute laws that are passed. And Congress right now has not changed what I consider to be a broken immigration system. And what that means is that we have certain obligations to enforce the laws that are in place even if we think that in many cases the results may be tragic.’

Arpaio specifically would be damaged because Obama’s actions would leave to him the management of the ‘increases in the influx of illegal aliens motivated by defendant Obama’s policies …’

‘Plaintiff Arpaio has turned illegal aliens who have committed crimes over to ICE, totaling 4,000 criminals in his jails for state crimes in just an eight-month period.’

‘However, over 36 percent keep coming back (They like being in the United States!—my addition),’ the complaint says.”

Word is that Texas is also going to sue. Arizona and New Mexico should also. California should but will not. It encourages illegal aliens. Other States should also sue! In fact, every Republican controlled State should sue. States and State officials have standing to sue. Congress does not. Congress has the power of the purse and impeachment. Congress should use both! However, Republican leadership has said that they are not willing to use either. This may be up to the States and We the People!

We have a lawless President!

Residents across the U.S. braced for another night of icy temperatures as the mercury continued to drop Wednesday, while residents of upstate New York buried under up to five and a half feet of snow (66 inches of snow! The record for a winter in Peoria, Illinois, which occurred last winter, is something like 54 inches of snow! For the winter!—my addition) prepared for another round expected to come Thursday.

Even hardened Buffalo residents were caught off-guard Tuesday as more than 4 feet fell in parts of the city. Authorities said snow totals by Wednesday afternoon could top 6 feet in the hardest-hit areas south of Buffalo, with another storm expected to bring another 2 or 3 feet.

How snowy was it? The National Weather Service said it was so bad that some of the spotters it relies on to update accumulation totals couldn’t get out of their houses to take measurements.

And that old ‘Neither snow nor rain …’ Postal Service motto? Mail delivery was interrupted in certain communities with driving bans.

‘This is an historic event. When all is said and done, this snowstorm will break all sorts of records, and that’s saying something in Buffalo,’ New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said Wednesday during a visit to the city.

The storm came in so fast and furious over Lake Erie it trapped more than 100 vehicles along a 132-mile stretch of the New York State Thruway, which remained closed Wednesday. Residents who can handle 6 inches of snow as if it were a light dusting were forced to improvise.

Tom Wilson, of West Seneca, split a Salisbury steak frozen dinner with co-workers and tried his best to get some rest when he was stuck 36 hours at his warehouse job.

‘I slept on a pallet. Then I slept on some office chairs, and then I went back to the pallet,’ he said. ‘Then I found some sponges to lay on. I found one pack of sponges unopened. That looks like a pillow to me.’

Bethany Hojnacki went into labor at the height of the storm (Not good timing!—my addition) and ended up giving birth in a Buffalo fire station after she and her husband couldn’t get to the hospital. Baby Lucy weighed in at 6 pounds, 2 ounces. Mother and child were later taken to the hospital in an ambulance.

Cuomo said Wednesday afternoon that all trapped travelers had been removed from their cars, though some truckers were staying with their rigs.

Asked by reporters how officials could allow people to be snowbound in cars for 24 hours, Cuomo cited a jackknifed trailer that prevented plows from removing fast-falling snow and drivers’ own wrongheaded choices.

‘What happened was, even though the Thruway was officially closed, people went on. We didn’t immediately block every entrance. It was a mistake,’ Cuomo said.

‘Part of it is citizen responsibility,’ he added. ‘If the road is closed, it’s closed (What if they were on the road when it was closed?—my addition).’

Cuomo declared a State of Emergency for counties most affected by the weather. The storm was blamed for up to seven deaths in western New York, at least four of them from heart attacks. Erie County officials said a man was discovered in his car, which was in a ditch and buried in snow 24 miles east of Buffalo. It was unclear how he died.

Cuomo said on Twitter that the state activated 526 plows, 74 large loaders, 1,247 operators, 17 large snow blowers, and four truck-mounted snow blowers.

Amtrak passenger train service between Albany and the Buffalo area was suspended. Some service through Buffalo will be restored starting Thursday, with delays expected, Amtrak said.

Sunny skies returned to some hard-hit areas Wednesday, but workers were still trying to cart off the acres of snow. Lake-effect snow fell heavily on some northern New York areas east of Lake Ontario.

With an additional 2 to 3 feet possible by Thursday, the one-week totals for the Buffalo area will approach the average snowfall for a year: 93.6 inches, or close to 8 feet. Cuomo warned that a weekend warm-up could lead to significant flooding when the thick blanket of snow melts (I would think so!—my addition). Forecasters say rain is possible this weekend (A double whammy?—my addition).

The governor said it would take four or five days to clean up (If not longer!—my addition).

From Hawaii to the Carolinas, Americans shivered as racing winds and icy roads caused accidents, school closings and delays in municipal operations from the Midwest to the South even where snowfall was low or mercifully absent.

Jeff Masters, meteorology director at the online site Weather Underground, told The Associated Press that the low temperatures are January-like instead of what’s normal for November. Masters said temperatures were 15 to 35 degrees below average over much of the country due to the presence of arctic air (Man-made global warming! Right? NOT!—my addition).

The Buffalo Bills offered $10 an hour plus game tickets for people willing to help shovel out the stands in Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park, in the snow belt southeast of the city (That is going to be a whole lot of shoveling!—my addition).

Team spokesman Scott Berchtold said the team has an estimated 220,000 tons of snow to remove from the stadium before Sunday’s game against the Jets—more than ever before.

The snow was heaped so high on the roof a Cheektowaga home that when it fell, the force blew in the back door, frame and all, and filled the living room with snow.

‘It was a huge crash. ... We actually thought that it was the roof coming down in the House,’ said Chrissy Gritzke Hazard, who was home with her husband, five children and three of her children's friends.

The lake-effect snow created a stark divide: In downtown Buffalo and north of the city, there was a mere dusting of precipitation (Seriously!—my addition), while in the south parts, snow was everywhere. The snow band that brought the snow was very much evident throughout the day as gray clouds persistently hovered over the southern part of the city. The band was so apparent that the wall of snow could be seen from a mile away.

State Police working with Erie County Sheriff's Dept and @NYSDEC with ATVs, Sleds, and 4WD vehicles to rescue stranded motorists on I 90.

The wintry blast that included bitter cold in spots created havoc across a wide swath of the country. In New Hampshire and elsewhere, icy roads led to accidents. Lake-effect storms in Michigan produced gale-force winds and as much as 18 inches of snow and canceled several flights at the Grand Rapids airport.

Schools closed in the North Carolina mountains amid blustery winds and ice-coated roads. In Indiana, three firefighters were hurt when a semi-trailer hit a fire truck on a snowy highway.

The Weather Channel reported that relief would not reach parts of America until the weekend.”
