Benghazi, Releasing Five Terrorists, the Invasion on the Southern Border: Are Any of These, Are All of These Treason and Therefore Impeachable Offenses?
Article III, Section 3, ¶ 1 of the United State Constitution defines treason. It is the only term specifically defined in the Constitution. Treason must consist of at least one of two identified elements: 1) waging war against the United States. 2) giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States.
Article III, Section 3, ¶ 1
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.”
Muslim terrorists by definition are enemies of the United States because they have been waging war against us for years including directly attacking civilian citizens of the United States within the United States. That they are the enemy is undeniable. That there are numerous groups that comprise the concept of Muslim terrorists is undeniable.
If, as has been claimed, the United States government was trading and/or giving weapons to Muslim terrorists and conducting that active in Benghazi, such action would fall under the Constitution’s definition of treason—giving aid and comfort to the enemy. If that was occurring then the events of Benghazi would make sense. The lie that the attack was not by terrorists but caused by a spontaneous riot because of a video. The lie was necessary to cover-up the attack by Muslim terrorists. Benghazi needs to be thoroughly investigated to determine if treason occurred. Benghazi is a definite maybe in relation to treason.
The release of five known terrorists who is much easier. We are still at war. There is no question of that. To release five known terrorists is without question giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States. Without question. President Obama should be immediately impeached for treason—giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
Is there ANY question that by releasing five murderous terrorists that President Obama is giving aid and comfort to our enemies? How can there be? We all know it happened!
The Constitution specifically requires that the federal government protect the States from invasion. It does not define the type of invasion. It does not apply to only military invasion. The Southern border States have been invaded by illegal aliens including criminals, gang members, and, no doubt, Muslim terrorists. The federal government has not only not protected the border States from this invasion, the federal government has encouraged the invasion and given aid and comfort to the invaders—giving aid and comfort to them. Again, a clear case of treason.
Article IV, Section 4 of the united States Constitution:
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.”

Without question President Obama is probably guilty of treason in 2 specific, distinct instances and could possibly be guilty of treason in a third. There certainly is sufficient evident to warrant impeachment proceedings. And if impeached and convicted, he should be tried in a court of law for the criminal charges of treason.
