Newt Gingrich’s Super PAC—“Winning Our Future”—is running a political advertisement on the conservative talk shows including Rush’s proclaiming that Newt Gingrich “Balanced the budget four years in a row.” and “Paid down the national debt.” The only problem is: It is an outright LIE! Is the Obama camp running “Winning Our Future?” Recently, I posted the following in relation to the national debt. It seems it needs to be posted again. I may post it every post until the lying commercial is taken off the air!

Note that EVERY year the national debt increased! From October 1, 1999 to September 31, 2000 it “only” increased by about 18 billion dollars but it did increase! And by the start of the 1999 budget year, Newt Gingrich had already resigned from Congress resigning in January of 1999!!! For a former university history teacher, he seems to be playing fast and loose with history!!!

There is breaking news about an election scandal in Michigan.

ABC News headline states: ‘Michigan GOP Changes Delegate Rules, Gives Primary Edge to Romney’ and the Associated Press states ‘Michigan GOP changes delegate award after vote.’
Last night there was an unannounced closed-door secret meeting of the Michigan Republican Party credentialing committee. During the meeting, they voted 4 to 2 to allocate delegates differently than was previously stated in a memorandum that was issued to all of the campaigns. One of the 2 dissenting votes was Former Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox, a Romney supporter, who stated: ‘I have this crazy idea that you follow the rules. I’d love to give the at-large delegates to Mitt Romney, but our rules provide for strict apportionment.’
We’ve all heard rumors that Mitt Romney was furious that he spent a fortune in his home state, had all the political establishment connections and could only tie Rick Santorum. It appears that he has now called on those establishment connections to orchestrate a back room deal to allocate additional delegates to him that he did not earn.
Changing the rules after the election is something that happens in Iran, but not in America. This type of political maneuvering should not be tolerated.

I received this e-mail late yesterday evening. I checked the New York Times webpage I use to count the delegates allocated and that page had already changed the allocation from 15 – 15 to 16 – 14 in favor of Mitt Romney. If the old guard Republican establishment believes that they can cheat Mitt Romney to the nomination, we MUST work harder, work longer, work smarter, and pray more fervently to help Rick receive the nomination.
As I’ve said before, this is a CRUCIAL election for the Republican Party. I will NO LONGER go along with their RINO candidates. I believe a lot of value voters agree. The Republican Party began because the old Whig Party was not responsive to their supporters over slavery. History does repeat if the participants do NOT respond to the wishes of the voters! Republican Party: be careful want you CHEAT for!!!
