“Effort to Put CA Coed Bathroom Bill on Ballot Thwarted by County Politicians
By Dave Jolly
March 7, 2014
Last year, California passed a controversial bill that has become known as the Bathroom Bill. The bill states that anyone, especially students, who claim to be transgender, may choose to use the bathroom of whatever sex they identify with regardless of their true anatomical gender (An absolutely ridiculous law! One can not think himself or herself into another sex! It is a sign of mental problems! If the same person thought he/she was a dog, would the same people cater to that belief? If the same person thought he/she could fly, would the same people lead him/her to a roof to help prove that flying would occur?—my addition). The bill not only allows for the use of whatever sex bathroom they choose, but also locker rooms and participation in sports (Simply proof of California insanity in the California General Assembly! They should be the laughing stock of the entire country!—my addition).
That means that any teenage boy being controlled by his raging hormones can claim to be a transgendered person who thinks he’s a girl and he will have legal access to use the girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms (Fun for the boy; not so much, I would think, for the girls! My children would not be in such schools! Guaranteed!—my addition). He will be legally allowed to gratify his sexual lusts by watching the girls undress, shower and then get redressed. He’ll also be legally allowed to flaunt his male anatomy in front of all of the girls and no one can stop him. A month or so later, he can recant his transgender status and go back to being a sex crazed teenaged boy (The tales he would have to tell!—my addition).
The bill was pushed through the California legislature by gay rights activists who insist that the rights of one LGBT person should trump the rights of thousands of normal people (Of course, they are special, you know!—my addition). They have no concern about the rights of all of the other students who find it sinful and repulsive to be exposed to a pervert or the pervert exposing himself to them (Of course not! The “right” of the one over the rights of the majority! The courts give it all the time! The federal courts started this nonsense with the help of the ACLU and other such groups! There is a time to say, “I am not going to obey your outrageous law!”—my addition).
In January I reported about a petition drive that was launched to place the Bathroom Bill on the general ballot in November. However, two counties, Tulare and Mono, failed to process the petitions within the 90 day time limit. The Pacific Justice Institute filed a lawsuit against the county registrars and Debra Bowen, California Secretary of State, asking that the signatures be counted and included in the drive to put the measure on the ballot because they were delivered prior to the deadline.
To get the initiative on the ballot, Privacy for All Students needed 504,760 valid signatures. The Secretary of State’s office invalidated 131,857 signatures (That is over ¼ of all signatures gathered. That is a disproportionally large number!—my addition) that left the initiative a mere 17,276 signatures short of getting it on the November ballot. Privacy for All Students was granted permission to review the rejected signatures, but some counties in the state are blocking those efforts (Democracy in action! OR NOT!—my addition).
Gena Gleason of Privacy for All Students told OneNewsNow:
‘‘Until now, the process has been done in secret. We have not had any access to any of the procedures that the counties have used, and so now that the count has been finalized, we have the opportunity to go into each of the counties and take a look at the signatures that were invalidated.’’
It seems that gay activists have successfully infiltrated some county governments and are doing everything possible to prevent Privacy from reviewing their invalidating process and the signatures they turned down (Are they afraid of a vote of the people? You know they are!—my addition). Until the issue of the Privacy for All Students referendum is resolved, California’s Bathroom Bill—AB 1266—has been put on hold.”
Just another example of the morally bankrupt behavior and attitudes of some people and groups in our society! Until we return to GOD as our guide this country will continue into its decent into oblivion! When man thinks he knows better than GOD, man is in a whole lot of trouble!
Romans 1: 28 (NIV)
“Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.”
1 Corinthians 1: 25 (NIV)
“For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength.”
1 Corinthians 3: 18-20 (NIV)
“Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become ‘fools’ so that you may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: ‘He catches the wise in their craftiness’; and again, ‘The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile.’”

“Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Florida, is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America.
At Mrs. Nordman’s request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following ‘Current Communist Goals,’ which she identifies as an excerpt from ‘The Naked Communist,’ by Cleon Skousen:
[From ‘The Naked Communist,’ by Cleon Skousen]
CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS
“15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.”
“24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them ‘censorship’ and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as ‘normal, natural, healthy.’
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with ‘social’ religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a ‘religious crutch.’
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of ‘separation of church and state.’
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the ‘common man.’”

This is my two part suggestion to Tea Party groups, social conservatives, Constitutionalists, and anyone else who wants to save our Republic from the approaching destruction.
1) Run as many conservative candidates in as many Republican primaries as possible.
2) Then, run as many independent and/or third party candidates as possible in as many races as possible where we did not win the primary.
—
If elected to Congress, I will not, under any circumstances, vote for present Speaker of the House John Boehner to be Speaker of the House. I call on every Republican primary candidate running in Texas Congressional District 19 to publicly (in writing) make the same pledge. It would not be a bad idea for every Republican candidate running for the House of Representatives to give the same pledge. See my post at http://christiangunslinger3.blogspot.com on December 16, 2013 entitled “Speaker of the House John Boehner Attacks the Tea Party Again for Being Fiscally Responsible!”
—
If I am elected to the House, I will use the Constitution, as written, to do everything in my power to stop judicial tyranny! Will the other candidates pledge the same? I know our present Representative has NOT done everything possible to stop judicial tyranny! Why is that?
—
If elected to Congress, I pledge that I will do everything within my authority as a member of the House of Representatives to begin and complete impeachment proceedings against the President of the United States for violating the Constitution, the laws of the United States as passed by Congress, and his oath of office. I call on every Republican primary candidate running in Texas Congressional District 19 to publicly (in writing) make the same pledge. It would not be a bad idea for every Republican candidate running for the House of Representatives to give the same pledge.

Competition is good for the economy and competition is good for the Republican Party!!! Competition keeps Congressmen committed to we the people!!! Primary Republicans who do not support the Constitution as written.
