Amendment 1 says: ‘Nothing in this Constitution secures or protects a right to abortion or requires the funding of an abortion. The people retain the right through their elected state representatives and state senators to enact, amend, or repeal statutes regarding abortion, including but not limited to, circumstances of pregnancy resulting from rape or incest or when necessary to save the life of the mother.’

· The Tennessee Supreme Court was wrong when it ruled that Tennessee’s Constitution includes a fundamental right to abortion and required that common sense protections be struck from Tennessee’s law (Which is grotesque on the face of it! I’ve never seen such a prevision within a Constitution written within the United States including the United States Constitution!—my addition);


· Tennesseans cannot be required to fund elective abortions;

The Obama Administration has again failed to honor promises made to pro-life Democrats that were necessary to ensure the passage of the Affordable Care Act (ACA, or Obamacare). The Government Accountability Office (GAO) issued a report last week revealing that the Administration has done virtually nothing to ensure that taxpayer dollars are not used to pay for abortions through insurance plans in the new state Exchanges (That is because they wanted and intended the government to pay all along! The executive order was a sham and Obama knew it AND the “pro-life” Democrats knew it! They sold their soul to the devil and they knew they were doing it! It cost most of them their seat in Congress because their constituents also knew it!—my addition).

This should not be a surprise—this is not the Administration’s first negligent or intentional failure to comply with the ‘compromise’ drafted by then-Senator Ben Nelson (D-Nebraska [Who is also out of the Senate!—my addition]) in 2010 and repeated in the President’s executive order. Ironically, the GAO report reveals that they actively work to circumvent the law they designed (Of course they did! They do not care about law or the Constitution! They care only about achieving their agenda by any means possible!—my addition).

While the ACA contains Senator Nelson’s accounting gimmick that is supposed to require individuals enrolled in insurance plans that cover abortion through the new state Exchanges to pay two separate premiums—one that covers abortion exclusively, and one that covers legitimate healthcare and can be commingled with taxpayer subsidies—we now have proof that this scheme is an utter failure (There was NEVER any doubt! It was intended to fail!—my addition).

The insurance issuers (that cover abortions) interviewed by the GAO are not collecting two separate premiums, and at least some states and insurance issuers do not have a system for segregating an abortion premium from taxpayer funds. The Obama Administration told the GAO that states and insurance commissioners, not the federal government, are primarily responsible for ‘implementing’ the law (And here I thought federal law is implemented by the federal government! That is why it is federal law! Silly me!—my addition).

A technical point perhaps—but given that concern over taxpayer funding for abortion nearly torpedoed the ACA, the Obama Administration’s failure to ensure that taxpayer funds do not pay for abortions in these plans is astonishing (Not really! It is after all the Obama Administration!—my addition).

In response to the outcry over the GAO report, the Administration now states that they ‘will work with stakeholders (Right! Of course they will! Just as they worked with them from the beginning! LAWLESS!—my addition), including states and issuers, so they fully understand and comply with the federal law prohibiting the use of federal funds for abortions (Problems is: LIARS LIE!—my addition).’ Exactly what kind of guidance they will provide remains to be seen (None!—my addition).

Given that employees with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have already been telling insurance issuers that they do not need to collect two separate premiums, the outlook for adequate enforcement of the law is not good (It WILL NOT happen! The Obama Administration does not want it to happen!—my addition).

This is just the most recent fumble in the implementation of an anti-life law characterized by federalism struggles, crippling individual and employer mandates, executive orders and federal rules not grounded in the statute, restrictions on First Amendment freedoms, delays in implementation, abandoned political assurances, and hundreds of lawsuits. What surfaces next is anyone’s guess.”

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, an abortion advocate (An extreme abortion/MURDER advocate!—my addition), is expected to seriously consider her own presidential bid in 2016 (I have stated before and I state again, I do not think she will run! She will go through the motions! She will make and collect money for a run! And then having seen the hand writing on the wall, she will give some “reasonable“ excuse why she will not run!—my addition). For most Democrats, according to polls that have been taken throughout the year, Hillary is the number one choice to replace pro-abortion (Extreme Pro-abortion/MURDER—my addition) President Barack Obama.

Obama has a laundry list of actions he’s taken as president to promote abortion on demand paid for at taxpayer expense. Clinton would continue that pro-abortion legacy and the abortion advocacy of her husband, pro-abortion (Extreme Pro-abortion/MURDER—my addition) ex-President Bill Clinton.

Here’s one example of Clinton’s fondness for abortion and promotes of abortion: She says she admires Margaret Sanger, the racist founder of the Planned Parenthood abortion business:

‘In April 2009, Congressman Jeff Fortenberry dialogued with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on foreign policy At 4 minutes 25 seconds into this video (Not posted! You can see it at the website if you want!—my addition), Hillary Clinton compares the eugenics advocate and racist Margaret Sanger to Thomas Jefferson. Clinton even seems to say that Sanger is superior to Jefferson.’

In her role as Secretary of State Clinton pressed for abortion on an international scale. As recently as June 2012, she was upset the document the United Nations adopted at its Rio+20 conference did not promote abortion by inserting terms like ‘reproductive rights’ into the language of the text (ABORTION/MURDER is neither!—my addition).

A diverse group of countries rallied together with the Holy See (the Catholic Church as a government—my addition) to successfully remove any mention of reproductive rights or population control from the final outcome document produced during the last round of UN negotiations at the Rio +20 conference.

The UN Population Fund (UNFPA), along with Norway and Iceland, and Catholics for Choice and the International Planned Parenthood Federation, worked feverishly to take advantage of the Rio +20 conference on sustainable development in order to promote both an international right to abortion (There is NEVER a right to MURDER one’s own child!—my addition) and population control (The UN has no say in controlling population! Nor should it! This, however, is why the United States should not fund the UN! It supports and promotes the MURDER of unborn babies!—my addition).

However, nations like Nicaragua, Chile, Russia (Russia is more Christian in this regard that the United States is!—my addition), Honduras, Syria, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and Egypt all rejected the introduction of ‘reproductive rights’ into the Rio +20 outcome document.

Responding to the resounding defeat, Clinton said she was disappointed, according to a CNS News report.

‘While I am very pleased that this year’s outcome document endorses sexual and reproductive health and universal access to family planning, to reach our goals in sustainable development (What is sustainable development? And what right does the U.S. and the UN have to push it?—my addition) we also have to ensure women’s reproductive rights (Orwellian phrase! Why don’t they say what they mean? MURDER unborn babies! Doesn’t sound so good does it?—my addition) ,’ she said. ‘Women must be empowered to make decisions about whether and when to have children (Why? Isn’t that a FAMILY decision? And what does MURDERING one’s own child have to do with it?—my addition). And the United States will continue—the United States will continue to work to ensure that those rights (Where are those “rights” written?—my addition) are respected in international agreements.’

Clinton personally urged Obama to veto a State Department funding bill over cuts to groups that perform and promote abortions (And of course the Republicans folded in the House of Representatives! Cuts? Remove any funding all together!—my addition).

In 2010, she testified before a Congressional committee where two pro-life members of Congress presented her with a long lecture on abortion and how it hurts women (She does not care!—my addition).

Congressmen Chris Smith, a New Jersey Republican, and Jeff Fortenberry, a Nebraska Republican, both addressed pro-life issues during the hearing.

Smith, who had frequently led the fight against abortion on an international scale, made his full remarks with Clinton sitting as the lone witness at the witness table.

‘Secretary Clinton, the most persecuted and at risk minority in the world today are unborn children (Absolutely! According to ABC radio news, President Obama has decided not to take action on amnesty for illegal aliens (“immigration reform” in Left euphemism) until after the 2014 election. Of course, the reason he decided to wait was because some Democrat Senators up for reelection this year are scared silly that they will lose the election if MORE amnesty is implemented before the election. LUBBOCK, Texas—Cops are on the hunt for a previously deported 14-year-old illegal alien suspected of trying to execute a teenaged human smuggler on the Texas border in an apparent cartel hit. The victim in the case had a lengthy criminal history that had already resulted in two deaths.

While details remain unknown, investigators with the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office began looking into the case on Sunday when they found a 16-year-old with a gunshot wound to the head inside a crashed vehicle. The victim survived the hit but ended up dying on Monday morning; Justice of the Peace Luis Garza pronounced the teen dead at a local hospital and ordered an autopsy.

While authorities have not released the victim's name, Breitbart Texas has learned that the teenager has a lengthy criminal history that includes several human smuggling arrests and deportations (An illegal alien who has a lengthy criminal record! Hard to believe!—my addition). In October, 2012 the victim drove a red Ford pickup filled with illegal aliens as he tried to elude authorities. The pursuit ended near the border town of La Joya when a Texas State Trooper in a helicopter fired several shots at the truck eventually blowing out its tires. The bullets struck three illegal aliens from Guatemala killing two of them. Since the shooting, DPS has changed its use of force policies (Why?—my addition).

Authorities have developed a person of interest in the case, however Breitbart Texas has learned that a possible suspect is a 14-year-old male who had been previously been arrested and charged in juvenile court and had been deported three weeks ago (Deported three weeks before and back again? A revolving door at the border!—my addition). Law enforcement sources have confirmed to Breitbart Texas that one of the leads that investigators are looking at is a possible cartel hit (A Mexican cartel hit in the United States?—my addition).

We have been invaded! The border is not secure! First priority! Secure the border! How many terrorists have come over our porous border?
