I don’t watch a lot of television. In fact, I don’t ever watch it. If it doesn’t come on Netflix or an online video I usually skip it. That’s why it took me a little while to watch the video of the President rescuing the damsel in distress in the Rose Garden. It popped up on my news feed on Facebook, and I got curious. As it turned out, it floored me. I couldn’t believe how phony it was. As soon as I watched it I went to youtube to check it out from different directions. It was just as fake from any of them.

For some strange reason, Obama has to have props around him when he does one of his con-jobs in the Rose Garden (Because they are con-jobs!—my addition), or wherever he chooses to receive his worshipers. This was no different, except that he had animated props this time. Although it was well staged there were enough holes in this little scene to drive the proverbial truck through.

It is obvious that there are quite a few people involved in this latest fraud put out by the Whitehouse. Why did Obama think it was necessary to ‘catch’ a fainting woman just when he said the words, ‘To free families from the pervasive fear that one illness…. (Being pregnant is an illness? It is to the Obama regime!—my addition)?’ He said it, and down she went. Well not actually down. She just weaved and wobbled a little and never quite fainted. And, consequently, Obama never actually caught her. He turned around and put his hand on her shoulder as if to steady her and turned back to the camera to make sure it got a clear shot of his ‘rescue’ efforts (And, of course, the mainstream media ate it up!—my addition).

You will see in the following video that the pregnant woman is standing with a friend who is holding her hand with her arm wrapped around her waist. That is until she starts to ‘faint’. Then she steps slightly aside and never even looks at the women she is holding. She smiles a nervous smile for the camera because she has done her part in this extremely poorly orchestrated drama.

Why would they come up with this transparent attempt to manipulate the low information voters? Who knows? Did it make anyone feel warm and fuzzy for our hero President? Probably. There are a lot of idiots out there. Did it take the focus off the disastrous website? I don’t think so. Whatever the reason was that Obama and his advisers had to dream up this silly scheme it certainly smacks of desperation. If I was him I would fire them all. But, who knows? As stupid as this idea was, it could have been his. Maybe he’ll fire himself (Unfortunately, I don’t think so!—my addition).”

When one practices fraud, it is just naturally and almost automatic! I warned that this would be a most corrupt Administration.

“If you like your insurance policy, you can keep it.” Unless they take it away!

While pompous airbag Al Gore is quick to demonize anyone who challenges his radical views regarding climate change, a recent study shows that he and his ilk are the ones truly out of touch with reality (True! And informed people knew as much all along! It HAS ALWAYS been a hoax! Always! Climate goes up, down, and stays the same over time in cycles! Climate Depot, using statistics from a variety of meteorological sources, compiled the results of weather trends so far this year. In conclusion, researchers found that 2013 has been one of the mildest years on record.

When Gore and company began spreading their apocalyptic message, their greatest concern was global warming. In light of data that contradicts their hypothesis, the term was re-branded as ‘climate change,’ allowing activists the wiggle room necessary to continue their campaign of fear and intimidation (And making Al Gore richer than he was before! Using government and lies to capitalize for his OWN benefit!—my addition).

Still, according to the recent study, America is experiencing none of the extreme temperatures all but guaranteed by alarmists a decade ago. In fact, of the five summers with the highest number of recorded 100 degree days, the most recent was 33 years ago. Three of the five occurred in the 1930s (When I lived in Illinois, the Peoria paper would put out a special page every six months with the historical highest temperature for each day for the next six month period. Every day in July was 100° or more and by far the 1930’s had the most highest temperatures and over the year had the most highest temperatures! The whole thing is and was a LIE!— my addition).

Radical adherents to the climate change narrative have learned not to rely strictly on temperature, however, choosing to blame any unusual weather events on man-caused pollutants. Unfortunately for them, the study shows that such occurrences are also trending downward.

While tornado levels are at the lowest point since at least the last millennium, this year’s hurricane season is experiencing an especially weak start. Only two such storms—both extremely weak—have formed in the Atlantic Basin; and the first hurricane formation came at the second-latest date in 70 years.

During years with relatively low hurricane activity off of the east coast, Pacific storms generally increase. That is not the case this year, the study finds, noting that 2013 is the first year since 1968 that a major hurricane has not formed by this point in the year off of either coast.

According to the Accumulated Cyclone Energy index, which measures tropical storms based on both length and strength, this year’s activity is just over a quarter as strong as the recent average. The result also marks the seventh-lowest level since 1950.

Finally, the report states that the last major hurricane—indicated by a category 3 storm or higher—struck the U.S. in 2005. This represents the longest stretch without a disastrous storm since the mid 19th century.

Conservatives, along with anyone skeptical of the tenuous evidence regarding man-made climate change, have long been chastised and derided for their ability to use reason. Judging from the trends outlined in this study, however, the faithful environmentalists perpetuating that myth will have to find a new way to distort the weather (LIE more often and more urgently! Glendale police officers responded about 1:30 a.m. to a house near 51st and Olive avenues where they found a 27-year-old man who had been shot, Glendale Police Department spokeswoman Officer Tracey Breeden said. He was treated at the scene and taken to the hospital, where he remained Sunday afternoon.

Investigators determined an argument started between individuals at the party and the 27-year-old, and he was asked to leave, she said. The man left for a short time, then returned with a rifle and began firing off rounds outside the house.

The man pointed the rifle at partygoers and a 39-year-old partygoer pulled out a handgun and shot the 27 year old before police arrived, Breeden said. The shooter did not try to leave and waited for officers to arrive.


The shooter has been cooperative with investigators, she said. He was questioned and released by detectives.

‘This is standard procedure under these types of circumstances,’ Breeden said. ‘Information and evidence detectives have gathered leads them to believe the 27-year-old was not only firing his rifle, endangering partygoers, but also pointed the weapon at other partygoers, endangering them, prior to the 39-year-old displaying a weapon and shooting the 27-year-old.’


Just for the record, if the young man had expected most people at the party to be armed, then he would never have considered it rational to go get a rifle or to display any other weapon, in the first place. That kind of crime does not make sense in an armed society. By encouraging most Americans to regard handguns as things that should only be carried by the police or soldiers, society has become much more vulnerable and violent than it would be otherwise.

I am sure this story will be reported by Piers Morgan as soon as Hell freezes over.”

Just yesterday there was a shooting in Nevada by a student at a junior high. According to reports, two students were hit by gun fire but not killed, a math teacher was murdered, and the child took his own life. I have not read or heard whether or not it was a “gun free zone” school but I am 99% sure that it is.

The math teacher, who was a military veteran, was murdered by the child. Now, imagine if that militarily trained teacher was allowed to conceal carry. It may have been that even if armed, he would not be willing to take the life of a child even to protect the lives of other students. It may be that to save other lives, not knowing the child would kill himself, he would have shot first. We will never know!

This we do know, his life could have been saved with concealed carry. Furthermore, common sense is obvious in this type of situation. People intent on murdering others do not normally do so when they know others will be there armed as the shooter is. Such people do not want to die before killing others!

So called “gun free zones” are an invitation to those bent on evil to commit that evil! That is a fact!

Central planners in Washington have been caught off-guard by the grassroots revolt against the national standards/testing/curriculum juggernaut. Real input from the hoi polloi was never a part of the grand implementation process (Of course not! Who cares what parents think? Are they the “experts?”—my addition). So when parents and educators in dozens of states started challenging the privacy intrusions posed by and the constitutionality, cost, quality and validity of Common Core, its architects went on the attack (Of course! The necessity to attack the “non-experts”—my addition).

And now, the education control freaks are freaking out.

Former GOP Florida Governor Jeb Bush accused moms and dads who’ve vigilantly fought dumbed-down curricula firsthand of foisting ‘mediocrity’ on their own kids (What makes him an expert and why would parents want to do that?—my addition).

Bush, Mike Huckabee, Chamber of Commerce types and Gates Foundation promoters routinely have insulted Glenn Beck and his listeners as conspiracy-mongers for raising red flags about Common Core’s data-mining agenda (The same data-mining efforts that is going on with Obamacare! The federal government wants to know everything about each of us! For our good of course! The government knows best! NOT!—my addition).

A Fordham Institute ‘expert’ arrogantly suggested that actively involved parents like me were somehow confused about which materials have been ‘aligned’ to Common Core, even though we’re the ones sitting down with our kids to help with incomprehensible homework and error-riddled texts every night in our own homes (You just do not understand!—my addition).

Heavy-handed school-board members and state educrats are taking cues from these elitist leaders. When they’re not mocking dissenters, they’re stifling them. Maryland parent Robert Small was threatened with arrest and falsely accused of assaulting a police officer because he dared to challenge a Common Core Kabuki forum.

In North Carolina, a parent writes that her principal refused to meet with a group of moms and dads concerned with dumbed-down Common Core math lessons. Moreover, the parent told the Truth About Education blog, the principal issued an effective gag order when she ‘outright told me to stop communicating with other parents about the Common Core because I was generating ‘unrest (On what basis can the principal do that? Typical reaction! End discussion. What do you know? Whose school is it? More importantly, whose children?—my addition).’’

In Colorado, parent Natalie Adams was slapped with a no-trespass order by Jefferson County officials last week after challenging her district’s new boondoggle expenditures on Common Core-tied technology marketed by inBloom (a nonprofit school data-sharing conglomerate funded by the Gates and Carnegie Foundations, with architecture built by Wireless/Amplify, a subsidiary of Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation (Who’s pushing Common Core?— my addition).

In a classic case of psychological projection, New York Education Commissioner John King sneered at parents and teachers who attended his Common Core dog-and-pony show as ‘special interests (Well, YES!—my addition).’ After droning on uninterrupted for an hour and a half, King finally allowed two-minute statements from the audience. Parents balked at their kids being used as ‘guinea pigs’ for untested teaching methods; educators challenged Common Core’s assessment-obsessed, one-size-fits-all approach. King petulantly cut off testimony only 20 minutes into the feedback session to filibuster and grandstand—and then proceeded to cancel future forums (They obviously were not working from his perspective!—my addition).

King dug his hole further by accusing parents of being ‘manipulated.’ But Leonie Haimson, a New York City public school parent, pointed out: ‘So far six out of nine states have pulled out of inBloom or put their plans on hold because of protests from privacy experts and parents in Louisiana, Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Delaware and Massachusetts (Liberal Massachusetts? Ouch!—my addition).’

‘Commissioner King’s claim is not only insulting to parents; it reveals how out of touch he is,’ Haimson wrote this week in an assessment that sums up the problem with countless Common Core mouthpieces. ‘He seems unable to comprehend how parents’ desire to protect their children’s privacy is rational (Is it rational to protect it from people who really, really, really care?—my addition) and to have the right to decide with whom their children’s most sensitive information, including their names, addresses, test scores, disabilities and disciplinary records, is being shared is completely justified (Only if you lack trust! Trust us! We care!—my addition).’

In my home state of Colorado, dissent from both conservative and liberal parents forced Jefferson County to allow individual ‘opt-outs’ from the inBloom data-mining machine (It should be opt-in! But they know fewer people would opt-in!—my addition). The Gates Foundation responded by pouring $5 million into the district for ‘innovative professional development systems to create personalized learning systems for teachers.’ How do you spell special interest payoff (B-i-l-l G-a-t-e-s?—my addition)?

Not only do these education emperors have no clothes. They have tissue-paper thin skin. Their arrogant, contemptuous and vengeful treatment of dissenting parents and teachers gets a world-class ‘F.’ Listen up:

We parents of school-age children are all Robert Smalls and Natalie Adamses and Leonie Haimsons. We, not the Obamas or the Bushes or the Gateses or educrats in Washington, are our children’s primary educational providers (At least they should be!—my addition). Control over our children begins and ends with us (At least it should be!—my addition).

It is not easy to stand up and challenge sovereignty-undermining, curriculum-usurping, privacy-sabotaging education orthodoxy, especially when it is plied with a toxic alliance of both big-government and big-business interests.

But if we don’t do it, who will (No one!—my addition)?”
