This would probably have gotten me arrested. Consider this story, and you might feel the same way.

A drooling moron who runs a high school in Minnesota (The link to the original story is here: http://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2014/02/28/teen-teachers-made-me-stand-outside-in-wet-bathing-suit-barefoot/—my addition) decided that following fire alarm rules was more important than the physical well being of the students the rules were written to protect. Obviously unable to think for himself, Principal Dan Mesick, who administers Como Park Senior High School in St. Paul, could not understand that a student who happened to be swimming when the alarm went off must be given an opportunity to dry off and get dressed or stand inside the building until the extent of the danger was determined.

When the alarm went off, the school’s officials forbade Kayona Hagen-Tietz, a fourteen year old girl, from retrieving her clothes and either standing in a safe location in the school, or sitting in a mentally competent teacher’s car.

Because the fire alarm rules said students must stand outside the building until the emergency has passed, Kayona was forced to stand outside in FIVE DEGREE weather dressed only in a soaking wet swimsuit for ten minutes. Given the winds that blew during this travesty, the recorded wind chill was TWENTY FIVE DEGREES BELOW ZERO; and sadly enough, Kayona suffered an attack of frostbite. Because they huddled around her to try to keep her warm, her classmates showed they are clearly smarter than the dopes who run their school. Nevertheless, frostbite struck Kayona’s feet anyway.

After being shamed into action, a teacher gave the girl a coat; but the damage was already done. Kayona’s mom just wants the school to apologize and revisit its protocols for fire alarm emergencies. Not surprisingly, the school is saying it will take a look, but only during its next routine review of their policies.

Very frankly, if Kayona was my daughter, I probably would have gone to the school and punched out the principal. But hey, maybe that’s just me.”

I was a high school teacher in Illinois from 1970 - 1980. I taught for nine years at St. Charles High School in St. Charles, Illinois which is due west of Chicago. While there, a new high school was built that was two stories with elevators and which had a swimming pool. I had in one of my classes, a double amputee of her legs who was in a wheelchair. My classroom was on the second floor. During a fire, the elevators were not to be used.

We had an unannounced fire drill while she was in my class. We also had procedures to cover such situations. I had two strong, senior boys assigned to insure that she got safely down the steps, out of the building, and safely away from the building. It went off without a hitch. I have also been a member of a school board in Arizona.

If a school district that has a pool in a northern climate like Minnesota, does not have established procedures to cover such a situation as students in the pool during a fire in the dead of winter, that school district is negligent as far as I am concerned. The fault goes from top down—school district board, school superintendent, school principal, department chairman, supervising teacher. If I was the supervising teacher and there were no such procedures, I would have on record asking why and what are the procedures for this, this, and this. They ALL have fiduciary duties to the students under their authority. What if the alarm had sounded while all the students were in the pool? This was a minor that parents entrusted to the school district!

If nothing else, the supervising teacher, who is at the scene, has to use common sense. You do not send a student outside to stand in the cold in that type of weather in a wet swimming suit! You just do not do it. What has happened to our schools?

I’m not a big one for doing lawsuits but this has lawsuit written all over it! The school is responsible for the safety of the child at all times under all circumstances!

This is why, as a school board member in today’s society where evil is promoted by government and others, I would never allow gun free zones in schools for which I’m responsible! Gun free zones—another fruitcake idea from the Left! Why do we keep electing these people?

OLYMPIA, Washington—A discarded Starbucks cup helped lead police to a rape suspect in Olympia, Washington.

The paper cup fell out of the attacker’s car into a parking lot on February 19 as the woman who said she was accosted fled.

The cup had a sticker with coffee information that revealed it had been bought earlier that day at a Starbucks drive-through in DuPont. Police were able to match surveillance video, leading to the arrest Tuesday of 35-year-old Bryon E. Johnston.

The Olympian reports a judge found probable cause Wednesday to hold Johnston in jail for investigation of kidnapping and rape in the February attack and a similar attack in November on another woman abducted from an Olympia bus stop.

Johnston’s defense lawyer, Paul Strophy, declined comment Wednesday.”

Two points to this short article:

1) Starbucks should be avoided at all costs. Okay. I am biased. I admit it. Starbucks supports the homosexual agenda so I won’t be there in the first place. Second, Starbucks has banned firearms. The company has a perfect right to do so. However, if you want to increase your chances of getting shot, just hang out in gun free zones. Killers love gun free zones. They will be the only ones with guns. Third, if this guy is an example of the intellect of those who chooses Starbucks, stay away from Starbucks!

2) Some criminals are just incredibly ignorant. I’m surprised he wasn’t caught with his first attack. It seems according to the story, he used his own vehicle. Never a good idea. Then he had a product—Starbuck’s cup—that could be traced back to him. That he had purchased earlier that day! Do you think he will blame the product for his criminal behavior? Do not be surprised! Too much sugar, too much caffeine. Is was too hot. It was too cold. Starbuck’s made me do it! He is a victim too!

Sorry about this post. The guy just stunned me. It reminded me of the segment “Stupid Criminals!” I needed to vent.

Boycott the Movie Non-Stop

Hollywood is often referred to as ‘Tinseltown,’ because nothing is actually real in the entertainment industry.

We’ve seen the latest example of how detached from reality the entertainment industry is with the release of what can only be described as a disgraceful movie starring Liam Neeson: Non-Stop.

We urge everyone to boycott this movie!!!

Non-Stop is a dreadful suspense/action thriller about an airliner that is mysteriously hijacked, with some of the passengers and crew murdered by a hidden ‘terrorist.’

But in the case of Non-Stop, Hollywood’s discreditable political correctness crossed the line with an outrageous plot twist that carries with it a distinctly anti-American, anti-military message.

It turns out that the ‘terrorist’ hijacker who is anonymously murdering innocent passengers on the commercial airliner is a 9/11 family member/military combat vet who is fed up with ‘meaningless’ war.

That’s right, when the villain was a child, he lost his father in the Al Qaeda attack on the World Trade Center in New York. He later joined the U.S. military and fought for America in the war on terrorism. This experience turns him into a monster and he decides to commit the same kind of mass murder that killed his father.

So, in one film, the producer, Joel Silver of Silver Pictures, and his crew manage to ridicule and insult (1) 9/11 family members, (2) combat veterans who have fought for our security and (3) the military campaigns to overthrow Saddam Hussein in Iraq and the Taliban in Afghanistan.

But that’s not all. The film doesn’t stop its ridiculous preaching with those slurs.

Believe it or not, this reprehensible movie gets even worse.

The movie’s hero who comes to the aid of the protagonist, thereby saving the day, turns out to be a Muslim doctor, complete in Muslim garb and full beard.

This is especially ironic given that Al Qaeda’s leader, Ayman Al Zawahiri, is himself a doctor and former professor of surgery at a medical school in Egypt. And, by the way, the ringleader of the 2007 Glasgow Airport bombing attack in Scotland was also a Muslim doctor.

As if all this was not enough, most of this atrocious movie was filmed at studios in the New York City area, where most of the surviving 9/11 family members still live and work to this day.

Producing a movie that makes a villain out of victims of Jihadist terrorism and demonizes our war veterans who are, in reality, heroes who should be revered and respected, isn’t just a bad movie idea, it’s also an inexcusable national disgrace.

Joel Silver should be ashamed for producing such an abysmal film. Universal Pictures should be ashamed for distributing it. And though Hollywood actors are often shallow, mindless simpletons, in this case, even actors should have had the sense to turn down such a horrendous script.

No one associated with the creation of this shameful film deserves our respect or admiration.

Non-Stop is un-American, unpatriotic and anti-US military. It also infers that overthrowing Saddam Hussein and the Taliban, as well as decapitating Al Qaeda’s leadership element, was a bad idea.

We urge you: do not go see Non-Stop and tell your family and friends to boycott this appalling movie as well.

Thank you. Together we are making a difference!”

The identified villains of this propaganda film:

2) distributor—Universal Pictures

3) lead actor—Liam Neeson

In my opinion, it is not enough to boycott this one film. And I personally do not think of it as a boycott. I consider it a wise economic use of my scarce resources. Why give my money to those who seek to destroy this nation through propaganda when there are many other acceptable purchases for which I could use my money? I will not make any purchase in which the above three entities are involved. Actions have consequences! Choices have consequences!

The Modern Welfare State: Squeegee Extortion. What?

My readers may or may not have heard of squeegee people. Those of you who haven’t need to hear about them. This is especially true if you spend much time traveling by car, particularly in big cities.

Squeegee people will approach your car in traffic in some major cities holding a squeegee in one hand and a cup in the other hand. They will start cleaning your windshield without securing your permission. When they are done, they hold out their cup expecting to be compensated for their ‘work ($1 for one minute? That’s pretty good pay. Do you think it is claimed as income on their taxes? Do they file taxes?—my addition.’ But paying them isn’t optional. It’s required. Anyone who refuses gets the side of his car keyed with the metal frame of the squeegee (Isn’t that a crime?—my addition). It’s a form of extortion that street people learned from politicians who shake down corporations they later accuse of representing ‘powerful special interest groups.’

The solution to squeegee people is pretty simple. You must keep a firearm in your car at all times, especially when driving through a densely populated urban area. My weapon of choice is the Taurus Judge. My ammo of choice is the Winchester PDX1 self-defense round.

Of course, just having a gun in these situations helps. Chances are, you’ll never have to use or even brandish it. This was true of a friend of mine who had an encounter with one of these squeegee people just a couple of months ago. The man approached the car, cleaned the windshield, and then held out his cup waiting for his ‘tip.’ Then things took an unexpected turn.

My friend responded in a way that would have made fans of the movie Grand Torino proud. He held up his left hand in the shape of a gun and dropped his thumb to mimic the dropping of the hammer (So, finger guns are dangerous! No wonder the 10 year old boy was expelled from school!—my addition). The Clint Eastwood imitation worked. The man withdrew his cup, smiled, and quietly went on his way.

Notice that my friend, who was indeed packing heat, didn’t have to draw his weapon. He just calmly let the man know that he had one and that he wasn't going to allow some punk to extort money from him under the threat of keying the side of his car using the metal portion of the squeegee (Which is the way you handle bullies and want to be bullies! You stand up to them John Boehner!—my addition).

It was just another crime that didn’t happen and another insurance report that didn’t have to be filed. And who wouldn’t be happy about that? I think some of you already know the answer.

Because I so loved hearing the story of my friend’s successful encounter with the squeegee extortionist, I decided to share it with another professor here at UNC-Wilmington. The professor is one I’ve previously spoken to on the issue of guns. We have opposite opinions on the issue but we also have a very good relationship. Accordingly, I feel comfortable planting a stone in his shoe from time to time.

His reaction to the story surprised even me. It was one that speaks volumes about the worldview our kids absorb every day in the secular progressive academy (The world of Leftist “insanity!”—my addition). This was his word-for-word response: ‘But the squeegee people have to eat. It’s what they have to do (Right! Bank robbers have to eat! Murderers have to eat! Who doesn’t have to eat? The professor must be an easy mark!—my addition).’

For those unable to decipher the remark, there are two important propositions expressed in those two sentences. Here is the rough translation:

1. Criminals are products of their environments wholly lacking in free will (Sure!—my addition).

2. Crime is not caused by criminals but is instead caused by ordinary citizens who refuse to share scarce resources with those who are less fortunate (Right!—my addition).

These two propositions pose two distinct problems for people who espouse them. They follow in no particular order of importance:

1. When we deny free will we do more than just explain away people’s bad acts.

Unfortunately, we explain away their good acts, too. If the absence of free will means that people cannot be blamed for committing a crime then it means that people cannot be praised for conformity. Nor can they be credited for major achievements such as earning a college degree or building a successful business. Remember: You didn’t build that!

2. If free will is lacking among those you seek to defend, it is also lacking among your enemies (including your political opponents).
We’ve all heard the adage that if guns were outlawed then only outlaws would have guns. Were the government to criminalize all gun ownership, gun owners could claim that their crimes were not freely chosen. Like the squeegee people, the gun owner would be a helpless automaton forced to take matters into his own hands because others refused to share scarce resources. In this case, it would be the fault of government agents who refused to share their guns with the average man on the street.

If there ever comes a day when the government bans gun ownership altogether, we really are going to have to take to the streets. I would suggest taking squirt guns and empty cups and targeting every Prius as well as every vehicle that has a COEXIST bumper sticker.

Of course, I hope that day never comes. In the meantime, maybe we should consider limiting squeegee ownership to those who work for the government (Discrimination!—my addition). After all, the constitution is silent on the issue.”

The victim mentality! It is always an outside fault! No responsibility! No accountability! Then death. Then kneeling before GOD where we will all be held personally accountable. Oops!

The “War on Women:” Planned Parenthood, Democrats, and Sadomasochism and Bondage for Teens!

One of the many liberal causes that benefits from taxpayer dollars, Planned Parenthood of Northern New England received $2.75 million from the government just in 2012 (From the federal government only or other governments too? State and local governments support these murderers too!—my addition).

During that same time period, it produced a video aimed at teenagers that explains the basics of sadomasochism and bondage in the bedroom (Isn’t this what every teenager needs? Isn’t this a good use of government money?—my addition). It also helped produce other frank sex videos, hosted by a woman named Laci Green and available at the website of a subgroup called Naked Notion.

The ‘BDSM’ video instructs teens in how to make sadomasochism ‘scenes’ ‘safe’ and ‘fun,’ and it informs them that people who are into giving and receiving pain aren’t really emotionally scarred. ‘Not true, it’s a total myth,’ Green says. ‘BDSM relies upon and creates trust (There is trust and then there is “trust.” Is this the best way to get trust?—my addition).’

Not to mention bruises, burns, cuts (Minor detail?—my addition) ...

According to Planned Parenthood of Northern New England’s 2012 annual report, the organization devoted some of its budget to growing its Naked Notion project after videos on the project’s YouTube channel received more than a million views.

‘For teens who are sexually involved, Planned Parenthood is committed to providing resources for safeguarding their emotional and physical health (Right! This is certainly the way to do it? Not only are they experts in the “art” of MURDERING unborn babies but they are also experts on sex? But then they have to push sex in order to have babies to MURDER! Do your schools let these “experts” into your children’s classes? You might be surprised? Look for other names!—my addition),’ according to the Planned Parenthood website, and there ain’t nuthin’ healthier than a ‘safe word’ and a pair of fuzzy pink handcuffs.

Unlike those evil conservatives with their war on women, Planned Parenthood is right on the front lines, defending a woman’s right to be a slut with Naked Notion video titles like ‘Abortion Options,’ ‘Birth Control Basics: Pulling Out,’ ‘Problems With Penises’ and ‘Squirters’ (if you don’t know, don’t ask).

One video on sex education has a teaser paragraph that starts, ‘When did abstinence only sex education take over the world? (Spoiler: it wasn’t always like this).’

Here’s a spoiler: It’s never been ‘like this’ except in liberal fantasy land where women’s rights somehow only are protected by getting an abortion, preferably two or more. If teens were taught the virtues of abstinence, there wouldn’t be a teen niche for ‘BDSM’ education, now would there (Hopefully not!—my addition)?

As appalling as it is, Naked Notion is just one project of Planned Parenthood’s social-manipulation machine. According to Politico, Planned Parenthood’s political arms—Planned Parenthood Action Fund and Planned Parenthood Votes—are expecting to spend more than $18 million on the coming midterm elections, making Planned Parenthood one of the top donors to the Democratic Party.(My use of red. Planned MURDERHOOD and radical Democrats are joined at the hips. Planned MURDERHOOD works hard to get radical Democrats elected and radical Democrats funnel tons of money to Planned MURDERHOOD! Not a bad investment in time and money! $18 million dollars to receive half a billion dollars from the government! Our money! Their MURDERS! OK! I may be redundant in using radical as a description of a Democrat!—my addition)

President Cecile Richards said Planned Parenthood will spend on races in at least 14 states. ‘To the extent that we still have politicians who are running on a platform to repeal women’s access to health care and women’s rights, that’s a losing proposition (Who runs on that platform? NO woman and no one else has the right to MURDER her own child and MURDERING the unborn IS NOT healthcare! Never was! Never will be!—my addition),’ she said.

The spinning of ‘women’s access to health care’ is deplorable, because Planned Parenthood is devoted to encouraging teenage children and young women to engage in irresponsible behavior with multiple partners (Must become pregnant BEFORE the real purpose of Planned MURDERHOOD can kick into action!—my addition). Despite all the talk about birth control, members of Planned Parenthood know full well all that sex is going to leave a lot of teens and young women pregnant, scared and open to the idea of getting an abortion, which is the real goal. That’s where Planned Parenthood makes its money and fulfills its founder Margaret Sanger’s eugenicist vision of keeping down the poor, nonwhite population (Exactly right! Exploit the young to exploit the young! Who is waging the real “War on Women?”—my addition) .

If there’s a war on women, it’s being conducted by the Left, and our money is funding it (Why do the Republicans allow this?—my addition).”

Is there really any doubt? The “War on Women” is being waged by Planned MURDERHOOD and Democrats against women! Both against females in the womb and their young mothers!

An organization that has been fighting the scourge of pornography in America for more than 50 years has released its 2014 Dirty Dozen List of people, groups and corporations that are the ‘leading facilitators’ of pornography in America.

And it’s headed by one of President Barack Obama’s top appointees: Attorney General Eric Holder.

Morality in Media, the leading national group opposing pornography and indecency through public education and the application of the law, said Holder tops the list for his support of pornographers over children and families.

‘As the pandemic of harm from pornography grows, Holder gives criminal pornographers the green light to proceed by stopping all enforcement of federal obscenity laws,’ said Patrick A. Trueman, president of MIM.

The damage done by pornography has been documented in studies. But one of the more compelling condemnations of porn came from serial murderer Ted Bundy, who once escaped from jail in Aspen, Colo., to continue his murderous death trip across America.

Dr. James C. Dobson, now with the nonprofit Family Talk, interviewed Bundy just hours before Bundy was executed on Jan. 24, 1989, in a Florida electric chair.

Bundy, who was blamed for the deaths of dozens of young girls and women, explained that as young boy of 12 or 13, he encountered soft-core pornography in local grocery and drug stores.

‘Young boys explore the sideways and byways of their neighborhoods, and in our neighborhood, people would dump the garbage,’ he said. ‘From time to time, we would come across books of a harder nature—more graphic. This also included detective magazines, etc., and I want to emphasize this. The most damaging kind of pornography—and I’m talking from hard, real, personal experience—is that that involves violence and sexual violence.’

Bundy told Dobson that he accepted responsibility for what he did and was not blaming porn for ‘causing’ him to do something. His M. O. (Method of Operation—my addition) was to wear a fake cast on an arm or leg and ‘accidentally’ drop books near a pretty coed. When she helped him carry books to his car, he would shove her into the passenger side, from which he’d removed the seat, and take off with his latest victim.

Bundy said the issue ‘is how this kind of literature contributed and helped mold and shape the kinds of violent behavior.’

‘In the beginning, it fuels this kind of thought process, he told Dobson. ‘Then, at a certain time, it is instrumental in crystallizing it, making it into something that is almost a separate entity inside [Think that doesn’t happen? James 1: 13- 15 (NIV)

“When tempted, no one should say, ‘God is tempting me.’ For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.”

Bundy said he led ‘a normal life, except for this one, small but very potent and destructive segment that I kept very secret and close to myself.’

‘Those of us who have been so influenced by violence in the media, particularly pornographic violence, are not some kind of inherent monsters. We are your sons and husbands. We grew up in regular families. Pornography can reach in and snatch a kid out of any house today. It snatched me out of my home 20 or 30 years ago.’

He said the years he spent behind bars before his execution was carried out were instructive.

‘I’ve lived in prison for a long time now, and I’ve met a lot of men who were motivated to commit violence,’ he said. ‘Without exception, every one of them was deeply involved in pornography—deeply consumed by the addiction. The FBI’s (Eric Holder, as the Attorney General, is the head of the FBI—my addition) own study on serial homicide shows that the most common interest among serial killers is pornographers. It’s true.’

He warned America, too, about the flood of porn that exists.

‘I hope that those who I have caused so much grief, even if they don’t believe my expression of sorrow, will believe what I’m saying now; there are those loose in their towns and communities, like me, whose dangerous impulses are being fueled, day in and day out, by violence in the media in its various forms—particularly sexualized violence,’ he said. ‘What scares me is when I see what’s on cable TV. Some of the violence in the movies that come into homes today is stuff they wouldn’t show in X-rated adult theaters 30 years ago.’

Also on the Morality in Media’s 2014 list is Tumblr ‘for its embrace of pornographic offerings, PlayStation for its live streamed pornography and sexually violent games, and Verizon for its FIOS TV porn offerings, including many with child or teen themes, sexual slavery plots and racial overtones.’

Dawn Hawkins, Morality in Media’s executive director, said the Dirty Dozen companies ‘profit daily from the sexual exploitation of others, and our campaign against them will not stop until their exploitation stops.’

‘Many of them may be in violation of current, enforceable U.S. obscenity laws that prohibit the distribution of obscene or hardcore pornography,’ she said.

Morality in Media’s list:


· Attorney General Eric Holder—Mr. Holder refuses to enforce existing federal obscenity laws against hard-core adult pornography, despite the fact that these laws have been upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court and effectively enforced by previous attorneys general.


· Verizon—Verizon pushes porn into our homes now through hardcore pay-per-view movies on FIOS, smartphones and tablets and as an Internet Service Provider with insufficient filtering options.

· Sex Week—Yale and other colleges and universities repeatedly offer Sex Week on campus. Porn stars are routinely invited to lecture, and pornography that glamorizes ‘fantasy rape’ is screened.

· Playstation—PlayStation’s live-streaming abilities are filling thousands of homes with live porn, and the PlayStation Store sells hundreds of pornographic and sexually violent games.

· Facebook—Facebook has become a top place to trade pornography, child pornography and for sexual exploitation. Facebook’s guidelines prohibit such behavior, but the company is doing little to enforce them.

· Barnes & Noble—This Fortune 500 Company is a major supplier of adult pornography and child erotica. They regularly put pornography near the children’s sections in their stores and provide free, unfiltered porn publications on their Nook e-reader.

· Hilton—This hotel chain, like Hyatt, Starwood and many other top hotel chains, provides hardcore pornography movie choices. Porn channels are often the first advertisement on their in-room TVs.

· American Library Association—The ALA encourages public libraries to keep their computers unfiltered and allow patrons, including children, to access pornography.

· Google—Google’s empire thrives on porn. Porn is easily available, even to children, through YouTube, GooglePlay, Google Images and Google Ads.

· Tumblr—This popular social media blogging site bombards users with porn. Users must only be 13, and the filters do not work.

· 50 Shades of Gray—This bestselling book series and upcoming movie are normalizing sexual violence, domination and torture of women. Oprah Winfrey Network, Broadway and other mainstream outlets have even promoted this abusive lifestyle.

· Cosmopolitan Magazine—The magazine is a full-on pornographic, ‘how-to’ sex guide, encouraging women to accept the pornified culture around them. They specifically market this content to teen girls.”

At one time, most States had strict laws against pornography. Then, the U.S. Supreme Court illegally and unconstitutionally expanded the definition of free speech to include many aspects of pornography as defined by State law. The court’s new definition: “We (meaning the court) will know it when we see it.” Making the Supreme Court the determiner of what is pornographic and what is not rather than each individual State within its own jurisdiction! Making the Supreme Court the writer of laws on an individual basis although the court has no such constitutional authority!
